Marine Life Extravaganza

The pristine waters of Komodo National Park are home to commonly seen turtles, various species of sharks and Manta Rays, Giant Trevally, Barracudas, Rainbow Runners, Dogtooth Tunas, Groupers, Napoleon Wrasse and many more. The macro species commonly seen are the colorful Nudibranch, Ghost pipefish, Mandarin fish, and the tiny Pygmy Seahorse. Occasionally, there are sightings of Whales, Dolphins, Dugongs, Frogfish, Blue Ringed Octopus, Wunderpus, Devil & Weedy Scorpionfish, and Flamboyant Cuttlefish, Captivating as it is, the Komodo is hardly the only interesting thing in this string of exotic islands that constitute the Komodo National Park.
